Add service groups and services to appointments on the web version

Find out how to add service groups and services to appointments in the browser version, even without a quote.

Updated over a month ago

If you create an appointment from a quote, all the services from that quote are transferred directly to the appointment and can then be viewed and processed by the team on-site.

Find out here how to create appointments from quotes.

If you create an appointment without a previous quote, you can also add service groups and services directly in the appointment so that your colleagues on site can see what is required. Adding service groups and items works in exactly the same way as with quotes and invoices. Like in quotes and invoices, the fields "Type", "Quantity", "Unit" and "Description" of the individual items are also used. However, please note that service groups are not visible in the app.

Transferring prices

If you add articles from your catalogue to an appointment, prices will not be displayed. Your staff on site won’t be able to see these prices either. However, the prices entered will be saved. If you later create an invoice from a documented appointment, OfficeOn will transfer these prices.
