In OfficeOn, you can create quotes and invoices, as well as appointments and work slips. To better map your individual processes using OfficeOn, we’ve linked these four steps together. Save on precious time and effort by mapping the following processes with OfficeOn:
Quote → Invoice
Create an invoice directly from a completed quote. All service groups and items from the quote are automatically transferred into a draft invoice. You can edit it to your exact needs.
Quote → Appointment → Work slip → Invoice
Create an appointment directly from a completed quote. All items from the quote are automatically transferred to the appointment, and you can make any edits you need in the web version or via the OfficeOn app.
After the appointment, you can download the job slip from the web version and print it out or email it.
You can also create an invoice directly from the work slip. All service groups and items from the work slip are automatically transferred to a draft invoice and can be edited as needed. You can then send the work slip directly by email, together with the invoice.
Appointment → Quote → Appointment → Work slip → Invoice
Create a quote directly from a documented appointment. All services are automatically transferred to the draft quote, and you can make any edits required.
You can then create an appointment from this completed quote. Again, all items from the quote are automatically transferred to the relevant appointment. You can make any adjustments needed, either in the web version or via the app.
After the appointment, you can download or print out the work slip from OfficeOn's web version.
The invoice can be created directly from the work slip. All service groups and items from the work slip are automatically transferred to the draft invoice and can be edited as needed. You can send the work slip directly by email, together with the invoice.
