When adding articles to quotes, invoices and appointments, OfficeOn offers suggestions via a drop-down menu based on the selected service type and your chosen description. Matching catalogue items are listed first. Next, the list shows previously used items. These are items you have used in the past, but which have not been added to the catalogue.
Advanced search function
If you don't see the right article – perhaps because there are too many similar items to choose from – you can narrow down the list further by using the advanced search function. To do so, just select the "Search articles" option.
In the next screen, you’ll be shown more results for your original search query. Here, you can continue narrowing down your search criteria.
Filter by article type and source (i.e. catalogue articles).
To get more information on a service, simply click on it. Once you have found the right service, you can add it to your quote or invoice.
