Cancelling or completing projects

Find out how to finalise or cancel projects and what effects this has.

You can cancel or complete OfficeOn projects whenever you wish, as long as they don’t contain any scheduled appointments. Once you complete or cancel a project, you can no longer make changes. Completed and cancelled projects are automatically archived. However, you can cancel this action later and recall a project.

Cancelling and completing projects

To cancel or complete a project, click on "Actions" in the project and select either "Complete Project" or "Cancel". Alternatively, you can cancel or complete the project from the project list, using the three dots on the far right.
